1. Our Returns Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Each order is custom-made specifically for you, and we are unable to resell returned items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. All claims must include clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
3. How to Submit a Claim
Please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the contact form with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will process a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.
5. Non-Returnable Items
All custom printed products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part. If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
